Sumatra Lintong

About Sumatra Lintong Coffee Beans

Lintong coffee seeds were introduced by the Dutch colonials around 1888. At that time, coffee cultivation was primarily focused in regions near the Bukit Barisan mountain range, close to Lake Toba, which provides the perfect altitude for coffee trees to thrive. The main coffee-growing areas were typically found in the Lintong Nihuta District of Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This is where the name Lintong coffee originates, derived from Lintong Nihuta. Lintong coffee has been a long-time favorite among coffee enthusiasts in Europe, known for its robust flavor and unique aroma.
